Brain Rule #2

Rule #2:  The human brain evolved, too.

At the end of chapter, Medina states that there is no greater anti-brain environment than the classroom.  Do you agree with this statement?  Why or why not?

How do you set up your classroom to create an optimal brain power learning environment?

  1. I totally agree. The typical classroom environment is designed for structure and output. The so called norm consist of only about 24% of the student population. We need to structure the learning environment to accomodate the needs of various learners.
